CLAUSES
The user will be able to make a reservation of a parking space in the Garage Rex parking lot through our website.
In which you must provide the information requested in the form such as (date, name, surname, registration number, telephone and e-mail).
The data that the system will ask you for and without which you will not be able to advance in the reservation process.
Reservations can only be made for a single vehicle.
To reserve the stay of more vehicles, you must make a reservation for each vehicle.
1. PAYMENT OF THE STAY
The reservation fee will be calculated for periods of 24 hours, non-fractionable and counting from the date and time of access to the parking lot, until the vehicle leaves the parking lot.
The minimum amount of payment will be the amount corresponding to the 24-hour stay according to the current parking rates at that time, which may be consulted by the customer.
When booking a parking space, the system calculates the price to be paid for the stay that the user has indicated. Considering any offer or promotion that was in force at the time of the reservation.
The client, having accepted the conditions described above, and having made the payment of his reservation, will receive an e-mail with the confirmation.
This e-mail will contain all the information requested in the reservation form and a unique identifier number for your reservation.
Possession of this identifier confirms and guarantees your reservation.
This identifier will be used for any operation.
The customer must keep this e-mail address at all times.
2. ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT
The customer, upon arrival at the parking lot, will enter through the entrance road and when approaching the entrance barrier, his license plate will be automatically registered in the system and will allow access.
If the access barrier does not open, please contact our staff who will instruct you on the steps to follow to gain access.
The customer must park his vehicle in any available parking space (never in the spaces indicated as reserved).
Once parked, the customer must go to our booth staff with the voucher (ID number from the e-mail sent to him/her).
For the validation of your ticket, which allows unlimited entry and exit for these dates.
If the duration of the stay exceeds the reserved time, the price of the section that exceeds the reserved time will be paid according to the current rates.
3. RETURNS POLICY
In no case will changes or refunds of the previously paid reservation be accepted, neither before nor during the reserved stay as stated in this point.
4. OTHER
Parking Garage Rex, reserves the right to demand the corresponding responsibilities for the improper use of the parking space reservation system via WEB or for the breach of the rules contained in this document.
The user shall be solely responsible in the event that the use of the service is faulty, partial or erroneous, or in the event that someone operates in his name or on his account, using the procedures and his password.
Parking Garage Rex, reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it considers that the user misuses the terms or conditions set forth herein.
